When I create soap recipes, I want to use ingredients that have beneficial purposes to different ailments and skin types. Below is a list of many additives that are found in our regular bath bar lines and how they may help your skin.


Aloe Vera:

  • soothes irritation
  • heals skin from burns
  • reduces redness


Aronia Chokeberry Extract

  • contains phytonutrients that aid in slowing the aging process
  • high in Vitamin C


Barley and Barley Grass

  • rich in Vitamins A and C
  • antioxidants that can help fight free radicals that cause aging


Black Pepper

  • antibacterial and anti inflammatory
  • fights acne and breakouts


Colloidal Oatmeal

  • reduces redness
  • promotes skin barrier healing

Epsom Salt

  • rich in Magnesium

Flaxseed

Juniper Berry Extract
